  • Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and safety in the work. As you feel more grounded and confident, we can adjust the frequency together. Therapy is flexible—we’ll make it work for your life and needs.

  • Individual counseling sessions are $150 for a 45-minute session and $195 for a 55-minute session.

    Because finding the right therapeutic fit is essential, we’ll schedule a brief phone consultation before your first appointment. This gives us a chance to discuss your needs, determine whether working together feels right, and answer any questions you may have.

  • I am in-network with MODA. For all other insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly.

    If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement. I can provide a monthly superbill—an itemized receipt—you can submit to your insurance.

  • It depends on your goals and what you want to work through. Some people come for a few months to navigate a specific challenge. Others stay longer to work through deeper patterns and create lasting change. We’ll check in regularly to make sure it’s still meeting your needs.

  • Yes—teletherapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy, especially when it feels safe and accessible. Many of my clients appreciate the comfort of joining from home, and the flexibility helps them stay consistent. Our connection and the work we do together matter more than the setting.

  • It starts with a free 20-minute consultation. You can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how I work. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first full session and begin the journey together.

  • Not at all. While I specialize in working with immigrants, first‑generation, and bicultural Latinx adults, I welcome people of all backgrounds who are navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, or feeling in‑between worlds. You don’t need to speak Spanish or identify with a specific culture to feel supported here.
