Clients often seek therapy wanting to increase their ability to develop and enhance healthy relationships with their own self and others. Others want to learn new ways to navigate life’s transitions and challenges that are keeping them from living a fuller life. And many are looking for support navigating racial and cultural identity, immigration and acculturative stress in a safe space where their culture is honored.

Together we can work on ways to navigate significant life changes or events, your search for identity, meaning and sense of belonging, while exploring your concerns, fears, hopes and aspirations in a safe place. With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I can also help you work through relational issues, grief and loss, immigration challenges and stress, as well as struggles with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, etc.

I find my own meaning through the collaborative process of helping you bring more awareness into your own life, and create meaningful and positive changes.
